Terms of Use

1. Eligibility and acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Waitlist and early access

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a specific launch date, product availability, creator selection, compensation, or any particular feature. We may change, pause, test, or discontinue the site or planned service at any time.

3. Beauty information is not medical advice

Product matches, AI-generated summaries, community opinions, creator content, ingredient information, and other insights are for general informational purposes only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a guarantee of safety, compatibility, shade, or performance. Product formulas and individual reactions vary. Review labels, patch test where appropriate, and consult a qualified professional about medical concerns or allergic reactions.

4. Your submissions and content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit it and that it is truthful to the best of your knowledge.

For content you choose to post publicly—such as reviews, photos, videos, articles, comments, or creator materials—you grant Unfiltered Club a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, display, distribute, promote, and use that content to operate, market, and improve the service. This license continues for as long as the content is available through the service and for reasonable backup, legal, and previously authorized promotional uses.

Private profile information and waitlist responses are handled under our Privacy Policy and are not made public under this content license unless you choose to publish them.

5. Creators, affiliate links, and disclosures

Creators are responsible for the accuracy of their content and for clearly disclosing sponsorships, gifts, affiliate relationships, and other material connections as required by law and our future creator rules. Unfiltered Club may allow creator affiliate links and may itself earn a commission from qualifying purchases. When we do, we will disclose that relationship near the relevant content. Compensation must not determine whether a review is positive or how a match is ranked.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service; impersonate others; submit fake, paid, deceptive, unlawful, infringing, hateful, or harassing content; manipulate votes or reviews; scrape or probe the service without permission; upload malicious code; spam users; or interfere with security or operation. We may remove content or restrict access when we reasonably believe these terms are violated.

7. Our intellectual property

Unfiltered Club and its licensors own the site, brand, design, software, compilations, and other service materials, excluding your content and third-party materials. These terms give you only a limited, revocable right to use the service for its intended personal or creator purposes.

8. Third-party products and services

We do not manufacture or control the beauty products discussed on the service. Purchases, product claims, warranties, returns, affiliate destinations, embedded forms, and other third-party services are governed by the relevant third party. We are not responsible for third-party sites, products, content, or practices.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unfiltered Club and its owners, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits or data, product reactions, purchase decisions, or creator disputes. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.

10. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Unfiltered Club from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your unlawful misuse of the service, or your violation of these terms or another person’s rights.

11. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that is not subject to a legally required forum will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Updated terms apply when posted, unless law requires additional notice. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
