1. Information we collect

Information you provide

When you join our waitlist or apply as a founding creator, we may collect your name, email address, role, beauty-shopping challenges, marketing preferences, social or creator profile, content focus, and other answers you choose to submit.

Technical information

Our website, hosting provider, and embedded form provider may automatically receive basic device, browser, IP address, date and time, referral, and interaction data needed to deliver and secure the site. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics also collects information about visits, pages viewed, general location, device and browser details, referral sources, and waitlist-button interactions.

Future product information

If you later create a beauty profile, we may ask for details such as skin type, undertone, product preferences, climate, and product experiences. We will provide any additional notice or consent required before collecting information that may qualify as sensitive or consumer health data.

2. How we use information

• Manage the waitlist, creator applications, and launch communications.
• Develop, personalize, test, and improve Unfiltered Club.
• Respond to requests and provide support.
• Detect abuse, protect the service, and comply with law.
• Create aggregated or de-identified insights for research, analytics, and product development that do not reasonably identify you.

Where required, we rely on your consent. In other cases, we process information to provide a requested service, pursue legitimate business interests, or meet legal obligations. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

3. Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics only after you select “Allow analytics.” Google may use cookies and similar technologies to help us understand site usage. We disable advertising storage, advertising personalization, and Google signals in our implementation. You may decline without affecting access to the site and can change your selection at any time through the “Privacy choices” button.

Analytics information is used to measure traffic, referral sources, and interest in joining the waitlist—not to determine beauty-product matches.

4. When we share information

We may share information with vendors that help us operate the service, including Tally for form collection, Google for optional analytics, and our website, communications, security, and cloud-service providers. They may process information only for the services they provide to us, subject to their terms and applicable law.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a financing or business transaction, or at your direction. We do not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Retention and security

We keep waitlist information while you remain subscribed and as reasonably needed for launch operations. Creator applications may be retained for up to 24 months. Technical records may be retained under provider schedules, and some records may be kept longer for security, legal, backup, or dispute-resolution needs.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please do not submit passwords, financial information, government identifiers, medical records, or other highly sensitive information through the waitlist.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information; withdraw consent; object to or restrict certain processing; and appeal a decision. You may also opt out of marketing at any time.

To make a request, email privacy@unfilteredclub.com. We may need to verify your identity. You may also contact your local privacy regulator.

7. Age, location, and third parties

The current waitlist is intended for adults 18 and older, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where privacy laws differ from yours.

The site includes an embedded Tally form and may link to third-party sites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
